Hello! I'm William, I am currently working as a game designer at Cyanide Studio and a fourth-year student of a Game Design master's degree at ISART Digital.

BloodBowl 3 | Cyanide | 2022 - Now

Game Designer / QA Tester

BloodBowl 3 is a fantasy version of American football, played between two teams of up to 16 players, each team fielding up to 11 players at a time. Touchdowns are scored by taking the ball into the opposition's end zone.

Powertag | End of studies project | 2023 - 2024

Game Designer / Level Designer

PowerTag is a competitive 3D action game combining chase tag and parkour mechanics. Chase your opponent, use your skills and master the arena to become the next powertag champion!

Faster | 3C project | 2023

Technical Game Designer

Play a spherical robot that can alternate between a heavy and magnetic and a light and bouncing body.

Roll and hang on all surfaces.

The goal of this project was to design smooth and enjoyable 3C.

I am William Garrabos

I'm a fourth-year student in game design at Isart Digital and currently working as a game designer at Cyanide Studios.


Through my professional journey, I've cultivated discipline, autonomy, and strong methodological skills across various projects. As a Game Designer, I've navigated constraints, met deadlines, and expanded my technical expertise.

Working seamlessly with programmers, artists, and fellow designers using the agile methodology, I've taken the lead on multiple features and effectively managed teams through clear communication.

 

My diverse projects have allowed me to explore different aspects of game design, from crafting detailed Game Design Documents to hands-on involvement in prototyping and refining game features. I have a particular affinity for the technical side of game design and thrive when working directly in the game engine for fine-tuning or prototyping.
